'Waiting for Dawn' written by Gareth Rothwell is a war drama, shot on 35mm by DOP Alan Stewart who won Best Cinematography for the film at the Los Angeles Movies Awards. The story is about a young soldier and his experiences in the WW1. It highlights the hardships and horrors faced by many young men who served in the army during that time. The film has won over 18 awards including Best Director, Best Actor, Best Cinematography, Best Production Design (Los Angeles Movies Awards), Best International Film (Catalina Film Festival), Best Narrative Film (California Film Festival) & Best Short Film (Paragon Film Festival, West Hollywood).
